The National Medical Commission (NMC) has invited bids for selection of IT Project Management Unit for managing the development and deployment of Enterprise IT infrastructure. This notice was issued on 26th October, 2023.
The overall scope of work consists of three phases as follows:
a. Phase I – Designing the Technology Roadmap
b. Phase II – Development of the Enterprise IT infrastructure
c. Phase III – Supporting the Deployment and adoption of the enterprise infrastructure
The bid document states that the contract period will be 3 Year(s) 3 Month(s) 3 Day(s). The bidder must have a Minimum Average Annual Turnover of INR 5000 Lakh for 3 years. The bidder should also have 7 years of past experience in a same/similar service. Pertinently, there are no exemptions to the requirements of turnover and experience for MSMEs or Start-ups.
The bidder will be permitted 7 days time for technical clarifications during technical evaluation.
The last date for submission of bids is 13th November, 2023.
