The National Medical Commission (NMC) has published two lists detailing the current MBBS seat matrix for AY 2024-2025. These lists were published on November 8, 2024.
The lists depict the following:
- Increase in intake of MBBS seats in existing medical colleges (Annexure-I) and
- List of MBBS seats of the newly established medical colleges (Annexure-II)
These lists were last updated as of November 6, 2024.
The list of increase in intake of MBBS seats cover 30 existing medical colleges from across the country. Whereas the list of MBBS seats of newly established medical colleges covers a whopping 72 medical colleges.
