The National Medical Commission (NMC) has extended the deadline for medical colleges to submit details of first-year MBBS students admitted for the academic year 2024-25. The new deadline is December 10, 2024. This notice was issued on November 22, 2024.
The NMC had previously directed medical colleges to submit this information by November 8, 2024. However, many institutions either failed to comply or partially completed the online form. The NMC had therefore extended the deadline for submitting online data to November 23, 2024 (midnight). Now, by the present notice, the Under Graduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB) of the NMC has once again extended this deadline.
Medical colleges are urged to comply with this extension and ensure timely submission of required information. The NMC will use this data for various regulatory and administrative purposes.
