The Ministry of Health and Family welfare vide notification dated the 24th September, 2020 notifies that all the remaining provisions of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019) shall come into force with effect from the 25th day of September, 2020. The provisions of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 56 and 57 of the said Act were brought into force with effect from the 2nd day of September, 2019 vide notification Ministry of Health and Family Welfare dated 2 nd September, 2019.
