The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has released Revision XXI of the Approved Models and Manufacturers of Solar Photovoltaic Modules (ALMM) Order List-1. This Office Memorandum was issued on October 14, 2024.
This revision includes a list of solar PV modules and manufacturers that meet the latest eligibility criteria for enlistment under the ALMM Order.
The MNRE has implemented minimum efficiency requirements for both crystalline silicon and cadmium telluride thin film technologies to ensure high-performing solar modules.
Only models from manufacturers with valid Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) registration will be included in the ALMM List.
