The Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 1st April 2021 has issued operational guidelines for registration of units under new central sector scheme for industrial development in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Registration under this scheme shall commence from 1st April 2021 and will continue till 30th September 2021 and the applicant shall apply for registration through online portal jknis.dipp.gov.in along with supporting documents.
Further no unit will have the right to register under this scheme or claim the benefits unless it is specifically approved by the registering authority.
