The Ministry of Commerce and Industry vide a Notification dated December 06, 2019, has issued Draft amendment to Indian Boiler (Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
The Central Boilers Board proposes to amend Reg. 1(2) so as to extend the applicability of the Principal Regulations to the whole of India.
Any objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Secretary, Central Boilers Board, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade), Room No. 358, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi- 110 011 or sent by email on tsg.narayannen@nic.in within 30 days from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
