The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification dated 22nd January 2021 has appointed 22nd January 2021 as the date on which certain provisions of the company’s act 2020 to come into force.
MCA has notified section 11 which deals with issue of share capital, section 18, section 22 (ii) which specifies the resolution and agreement to be filed, section 27 deals with amendment relating to strengthening the corporate governance and section 53 and 55 deals with amendment relating to foreign companies, section 62 deals with penalties for certain companies and section 64 and 65 deals with penalties and punishments to be in force from 22nd January 2021.
