The Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 7th May 2020 announces that the Form CRA-4 is likely to be revised on MCA 21 Company Forms Download page with effect from 9th May 2020.
CRA-4 is a Form for filing Cost Audit Report with the Govt. On the receipt of the Cost audit report from Cost auditors. The company has to submit the same to Central Government in form CRA-4.
MCA has advised the stakeholders to check the latest version before filing the Form.
