The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) has issued a general circular dated 29.10.2019, extending the date for filing Financial statements of the year by the companies.
Upon receipt of request of stakeholders seeking extension of time for filing of financial statements for the financial year ended ON 31.03’2019, MCA has extended date for filing the e-forms by companies. Date for filing, without additional fee, e-forms AOC-4, AOC (CFS) and AOC-4 XBRL has been extended to 30.11.2019 and e-form MGT-7 upto 31.12.2019.
