The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification dated 28th September 2020 has extended the scheme for relaxation of time for filing forms related to creation or modification of charges under the Companies Act, 2013, till 31st December 2020.
The MCA on 17th June 2020 has come up with a Scheme for providing relaxation in time for filing several forms that are related to amendment or creation of charges under the Companies Act, 2013, which will provide a gateway for compliance for the registration of the charge.
