The Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 6th July 2020 has decided to extend the time limit for filing of form NFRA-2 which is required to be filed under rule 5 of the National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018.
It is clarified that the extended time limit for filing form NFRA 2 for the FY 2018-19 is now 270 days starting from the date of deployment of this form on the website of National Financial Reporting Authority. It is mandatory for all the prescribed auditors to file form NFRA 2 as per the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) Rules 2018.
