The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide Circular dated 01.01.2020, in response to the representations and grievances received, has extended the due date for filing E-form No. BEN-1 & BEN-2.
The date for filing E-form No. BEN-2 without payment of additional fee is extended to 30.3.2020. In consequence the date for filing Form BEN. 1 shall be construed accordingly. After the extended due date additional fee shall be levied.
