The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has introduced the Company Fresh Start Scheme, 2020(CFSS) and LLP Settlement Scheme, 2020(LLPSS) to provide the corporate entities an opportunity to make good their previous defaults within prescribed time without incurring any penalty. The scheme empowers entities to make filings which are delayed or is in default without paying additional fees. MCA has vide notification dated 02.04.2020 prescribed the list of forms that can be filed under the CFSS & LLPSS in prescribed time if due without incurring additional fee.
