MCA has clarified that the Stakeholders may note that V3 INC-28 form has placeholder for the restoration of struck-off company to active. Stakeholders may plan accordingly and file INC-2 along with NCLT order and proof of cost/fee [if levied] for restoration of struck off companies.
Upon approval of form, the status would get restored automatically.
