The Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board(PCB) vide its notification dated 1st June 2020 has directed the industrial units manufacturing lifesaving medical equipment’s, Personal protective equipment’s and oxygen cylinders shall apply in “Nivesh Mitra portal” for grant of consent to operate and start manufacturing the above equipment’s duly complying with the standards for emission and effluent.
Further, the above facility extended for manufacturing lifesaving medical equipment, Personal protective equipment’s and oxygen cylinders shall remain in force till 31st July 2020.
