The Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC) has issued regulations for
determining intra-state transmission tariffs for electricity dated 28.06.2024. The regulation
shall be called Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for
Intra-State Open Access in Madhya Pradesh) Regulations, (Revision-I) 2021 (Fourth
Amendment) {ARG24(I)(iv) of 2024}.
