The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has updated its list of approved laboratories authorized to analyze food samples. This list was published on February 2, 2025.
The list includes laboratories details such as the accreditation status by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and contact information for each laboratory.
The list specifies a total of 225 FSSAI Notified NABL Accredited Food Testing Laboratories with valid accreditation. Additionally the list also specifies, 24 FSSAI notified laboratories whose NABL accreditation validity has expired or are under suspension or under process of denotification or have shifted premise without Integrated assessment.
Moreover, the continual validity of these laboratories is also dependent on compliance with FSSAI’s guidelines and directives, which are subject to periodic updates.
This list of recognized laboratories was last updated on December 12, 2024.
