Kerala State Pollution Control Board on 18.06.2021 has mandated new filing for businesses with consent to operate. Every person carrying on an industry, operation or process requiring consent under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 or both or authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016 shall submit an Environmental Statement for the financial year ending the 31st March to the respective District Offices of Kerala State Pollution Control Board.
It shall be submitted in Form V available in the official website of Kerala PCB.
