The Jharkhand Pollution Control Board vide its notification dated 28th June 2020 has extended the validity of Consent/Authorization to operate for those industries having applied for validation or those who have applied for renewal during the time between 31st March 2020 to 31st July 2020 till 31st August 2020 subject to same terms and conditions stipulated in the previous Consent/Authorization granted by the Board.
Further, the industries are permitted to carry out their commercial production activity, provided that any subsequent amendment shall be considered as per the provision in force at that time.
