The Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC) invites public feedback on the proposed “Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2024.” The draft regulations are available on the MPERC website at www.mperc.in. This notification was published on August 7, 2024.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit their suggestions or comments to the Commission Secretary at MPERC, 5th Floor, Metro Plaza, E-5 Arera Colony, Bittan Market, Bhopal, 462016, within 21 days from the date of this notice. Copies of the draft regulations can be purchased for Rs. 30/- (Rs. 2/- per page) in person or by post (additional Rs. 50/- for postage).
A public hearing will be held on 03.09.2024 at 11:00 AM. Those who have submitted feedback and wish to participate should provide their mobile number and email ID to the Commission, following the guidelines on the MPERC website.
