The Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) vide notification dated 2nd September, 2022 has directed that the Constant speed fuel consumption test for all M and N category vehicles excluding tippers, with gross vehicle weight more than 3.5 tonnes shall comply with Indian Standard: 11921: 2020 as amended from time to time.
