This partnership aims to facilitate promising international employment opportunities for Indian nurses in countries like the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore, and GCC countries, among others.
Recognizing the significance of nurturing a robust system to skill Indian nurses for enhanced overseas migration outcomes, both organizations have joined hands to launch various joint initiatives and programs.
NSDC International has been inundated with job demands for nursing professionals from esteemed employers worldwide. Their objective is to bridge the gap between these international job opportunities and Indian nurses, thereby providing a platform to shape their careers on a global scale.
In line with this mission, NSDC International has developed a brief survey to gauge the aspirations, eligibility, and readiness of Indian nurses for international employment. This survey will serve as a crucial tool in understanding the profile of the nursing workforce, enabling NSDC International to connect them directly with international employers or provide tailored preparation for international roles.
