The Employment Department of Haryana has issued an urgent reminder on October 23rd 2024 regarding the submission of the EMI ER-II Returns for the reporting period ending September 30, 2023.
The notification was mainly addressed to MDs/Director/HR Manager/Principal All Industrial Units, Schools, Colleges & Hospitals of District Gurugram
What You Need to Know
On September 2, 2024, a letter was sent out (No. EMI/ER-11/2024/979) to all private sector establishments, outlining the requirement to submit the biennial ER-II report based on the ER-I statistical statement. The original deadline for this submission was September 30, 2024. Unfortunately, many establishments have yet to comply.
Action Required
To avoid any penalties or complications, please ensure that your ER-II report is submitted within the next week. You can send your completed report through one of the following methods:
