The International Financial Services centre Authority on 10th February 2020 has notified Framework for enabling Ancillary services at International Financial Services Centres which shall be applicable to all ancillary service providers engaged in one or more permissible ancillary services within the IFSC.
The service providers may engage in any one or more of the following activities:
- Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial;
- Auditing, Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Taxation Services;
- Professional & Management Consulting Services;
- Administration, Assets Management Support Services and Trusteeship Services;
- Any other services as approved by IFSCA from time to time.
Further the framework contains the eligibility conditions, service recipients, the application process and Maintenance of Books of Accounts, Records and Documents .
