Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hungarian National Assembly and Vice Chairman met Maharashtra Governor at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on (11 Jan). Speaking on the occasion Committee Chairman expressed the need to establish cooperation between universities in Maharashtra and Hungary. Stating that higher education, especially medical science is an important area of cooperation, he expressed the hope that Hungary will have an Indian University. Matters of strengthening parliamentary cooperation between Hungary and India and enhancing cooperation in Education, Agriculture and Culture were discussed.
