The District of Gurugram of the Govt. of Haryana has issued a notification on the submission of Annual Reports under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).
All govt and non-govt. organizations are required to submit the annual reports for the 2022 calendar year. The reports must be in accordance with the following checklists:
These reports must be submitted to the district office only through email at posh-grg.rev@hry.gov.in.
The last date for the submission of these reports in 30th April, 2023.
