Haryana GST relaxations

The government of Haryana has issued following relaxations to registered persons who delayed in complying with GST related requirements.

1. Haryana government waived late fees for the registered persons who failed to furnish the final return in FORM GSTR-10 by the due date but furnish the said return between the period from April 01, 2023, to June 30, 2023.
2. Late fee payable shall stand waived for the registered persons who fail to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-9 for the Financial years from 2017-28 to 2021-22 by the due date but furnish the said return between the period from April 01, 2023, to June 30, 2023.
