Government of West Bengal has mandated submission of age proof certificate for payment of additional quantum of family pension on attaining 80 years of age

The Government of West Bengal on May 22, 2023 has mandated submission of age proof certificate for payment of additional quantum of family pension on attaining 80 years of age. Any one of the following documents shall be accepted as proof of date of birth/age for payment of an additional quantum of family pension only on completion of 80 years and above:

1. Certificate of the Madhyamik Examination or equivalent examination.
2. Certificate from any doctor belonging to W.B. Health Services (WBHS).
3. Voter’s I.D. Card (EPIC)
4. PAN Card.
5. Aadhaar Card.
