The State Government of West Bengal vide its notification dated 1st December 2020 in order to ease the process and enable business entities to obtain a single certificate for trade license and registration of shop license, has introduced a single online application and issuance of single registration certificate for the above services after payment of requisite fees.
Earlier the business entities were required to obtain certificates in two different portals, however now the entities shall apply for a single registration certificate in an online portal.
