The State Government of Tripura vide its notification dated 13th November 2020 has notified the procedure, list of documents, timelines and fees for the delivery of services under the boilers Act.
An entrepreneur shall submit an online application for registration of boilers along with the details of erectors and approvals and the welding procedure specifications for approval and if the application is found to be in order, the department will allocate an inspector to conduct an inspection and once the inspection is done the report will be uploaded in the portal.
The timeline for registration of boilers shall be within 30days and the timeline for renewal shall be within 7 days from the date of expiry.
