The Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department of Telangana vide its notification dated 2nd May 2020 has offered the Early Bird Scheme benefit of 5% rebate to those paying property tax, for the Financial Year 2020-21, provided the Property Tax is paid for the entire financial year, together with the arrear dues, if any, on or before 31-05-2020.
However, this rebate facility is applicable only to property owners whose annual demand is less than Rs.30, 000, and only for residential properties.
