The Government of Telangana through circular dated 20.02.2021 has issued measures for simplifying / minimizing the regulatory compliance burden to the industry. In interest of ease of Doing Business, exemption from the applicability of certain provisions of the Factories Act, 1948 and Telangana Factories Rules, 1950 is provided. Exemption is given to factory law compliances including Return Filing & Statutory Reporting, Inspection, Examination & Audits requirements, maintenance of Registers and Records, Display Requirements, employee Safety & Welfare requirements etc.
