Government of NCT Delhi extends the operation liquor licenses

The Government of NCT Delhi through order dated 10.09.2021 has extended the operation of excise licenses issued under Delhi Excise Rules, 2010. The validity of the excise licenses expiring on 30.09.2021 is extended till 16.11.2021. The due date for renewal of following licenses are extended:

1. Wholesale draught beer license: L-1, L-1F and L-2.
2. License for wholesale government liquor vends: L-6, L-6FE, L-6G, L-8 and L-14.
3. HCR license for service of liquor: L-11, L-15, L-16, L-17, L-18, L-19, L-20, L-28, L-29

The operation of following liquor licenses is extended beyond 30.09.2021 till 31.03.2022:

1. All M&TP licenses: L-4, L-5, L-25, L-26, L-34, L-35
2. Authorization permit: L-23, L-23F
3. CSD licenses
4. personal individual license: L-30
