The Government of Maharashtra through Trade Circular dated 29.01.2021 has directed physical submission of Audit Report under Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2021 for the year 2019-2020. The last date for uploading audit report in e-form 704 is 1st March, 2021. The physical submission shall be completed by 12 March, 2021 with signature, stamp and seal of dealer with date. the copy of acknowledgement generated after submission of the report shall also have with signature, stamp and seal of dealer with date.
