The Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEBL) on 5th February 2022, as a part of Ease of Doing Business reforms had extended the facility for revising connected load for all LT (Low tension) consumers based on self declaration announced vide BO dated October 26, 2021, for the period till March 31, 2022.
Due to lock down restrictions in connection with COVID-19 pandemic, several requests seeking extension of Scheme period were received from field officers, since consumers were unable to regularise connected load.
Therefore , Considering the fact that the Scheme has attracted wide publicity and that if the consumers come forward to declare their connected load, it will aid KSEBL in planning for meeting the demand of the consumers, the full time directors has sanctioned to extended the period upto 31.03.2022.
