The State Government of Karnataka on 29th May 2021 has issued guidelines for Private sector hospitals and Industrial establishments procuring vaccines directly from manufacturers.
The Industrial Establishments having their own hospitals shall procure vaccines directly from manufactures and conduct vaccination by obtaining the due approval from the concerned RCHO after providing procured vaccine details.
The Vaccination shall be conducted only through Co-Win Portal registration and shall ensure appropriate cold chain as prescribed by vaccine manufacturer during transport and also for storage of institution.
Further the Industrial Establishment who do not have their own hospitals shall have tie up with empanelled hospitals for procurement as well as for conducting vaccinations and shall seek approval from RCHO.
