Government of Jammu and Kashmir through notification dated 16 July, 2021 has revoked the scheme for Jammu and Kashmir Reimbursement of Integrated Goods and Services Tax for promotion of Small/Medium/Large scale Industries. The scheme was notified by the Government on 25th of September, 2018.
The scheme was introduced for providing Budgetary support to the manufacturing units in the shape of reimbursement of Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST). The scheme shall stand withdrawn with effect from 01 .04.2021.
