The Government of Goa vide its notification dated 13th January 2022, has fixed the tariff under Goa EV Concessional Charging Infrastructure Policy – 2021 for charging the Electric Vehicle in the State of Goa. The tariff will be uniformly applicable to all Operators of Charging Station for Electric Vehicle.
The tariff per unit shall be fixed on the basis of following aspects:-
a) Fixed Cost shall be Rs. 2.80
b) Operation, Maintenance and other Charges shall be Rs 1.20
c) GEDA Charges at Rs.0.50
d) Cost of Power shall be Rs.3.50.
Goa Energy Development Agency (GEDA) will advertise list of concessional Electric Vehicle Charging locations against which applications will be received by the GEDA and license shall be granted to the applicant after following due process. In case of multiple applications for any particular location, GEDA will award the concessional location to the applicant offering maximum fixed monthly contribution to Goa Decarbonization Fund for the period of allotment.
