The State Government of Bihar in its gazette notification dated 18th December 2020 notified the due date for filing GSTR-1 under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
Every registered person having aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees in the preceding financial year or the current financial year, as the class of registered persons who shall follow the special procedure for furnishing the details of outward supply of goods or services or both.
The Time period for furnishing details in form GSTR-1 for the quarter from October 2020 to December 2020 shall be 13th January 2021 and for the time period, January 2021 to March 2021 shall be 13th April 2021.
