The Government of Andhra Pradesh in its notification dated 11th October 2019, under Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, has partially modified its earlier order dated 24th September 2019 issued by the revenue department, on maximum quantity of liquor bottle that a person can possess without license
Through the notification, the government specifies that a person may have maximum number of three (3) Beer bottles of any size in his possession at a time without permit or license with shall be effective from 12th October 2019
