The Government of Andhra Pradesh has officially declared the adjustment of jurisdiction in accordance with the new districts under the Factories Act, 1948, in Andhra Pradesh. Under this notification, inspectors are not empowered to make any changes to previous orders without explicit directives from the Director of Factories. However, if an inspector deems it necessary or beneficial to take such action, they may do so only with the explicit approval of the director. Furthermore, for the purpose of sending required notices and returns to the Factory Inspectorate, the areas within each administrative circle shall be determined based on the realignment of jurisdiction.
