The Ministry of Commerce and Industry in its notification dated 1st June 2020 has increased the validity period of duty credit scrips issued between 1st March 2018 and 30th June 2018 till 30th September 2020.
For Services Exports from India Scheme applications which render service in FY 2017-18, 5% late cut was applicable till 31st March 2020, which shall now continue to be applicable for applications submitted till 30th June 2020.
Further, the applicable late cuts for Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS) and Services Exports from India Scheme SEIS/MEIS applications and the validity of scrips issued under Chapter 3 of FTP which is expiring between 1st March and 30th June 3030 has been extended up to 30th September 2020.
