The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers has once again postponed the implementation of the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020. This order was issued on October 30, 2024.
It may be recalled that the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020 was initially set to come into effect on August 1, 2024. Its implementation was subsequently postponed to November 1, 2024. The Ministry has decided to further delay the implementation of the order. The deadline for enforcement of the order has now been fixed for May 1, 2025.
