The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has announced a stakeholder meeting to discuss proposed new food safety standards and amendments to existing regulations. The meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the FSSAI headquarters in New Delhi. This meeting notice was issued on March 28, 2025 and published on April 3, 2025.
The FSSAI aims to engage with stakeholders and gather their valuable input on the proposed standards and amendments. These proposals have already undergone scrutiny by the FSSAI’s Scientific Panels and Scientific Committee.
The FSSAI is inviting stakeholders to attend the meeting in person at the 5th Floor, Conference Hall, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi – 110002. However, due to space constraints, only two participants per organization/association will be allowed to attend physically.
