The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, (FSSAI) on January 09, 2023, issued methods approved by the Scientific Panel for Sampling & Analysis. The Following methods have been approved by the Scientific Panel on Methods of Sampling & Analysis namely: –
- Method for Determination of Iron as Fe in Fortified Rice Kernel
- Method for Determination of Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) in Fortified Rice Kernel
- Method for Determination of Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) in Fortified Rice Kernel
Comments/suggestions, if any, should be furnished to FSSAI in the prescribed format within a period of 30 days of the publication of this notice on the website through email (sp-sampling@fssai.gov.in)
