The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India through order dated 19 March, 2021 has issued the list of documents to be submitted along with application for FSSAI license. The documents are segregated according to kind of business and documents to be submitted by respective business. The list of documents includes:
- List of directors
- Photo ID and Address proof
- Proof of possession of premises
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Form IX
- NOC for extraction of ground water
- Any other document demanded by FSSAI or licensing authority
