The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India vide order dated 14 May, 2020, has amended the Revised Food Safety inspection checklist issued on 9 March, 2020. The score given in the checklist for compliances to be made by Food Business Operators carrying out milk processing, meat processing, transport and general manufacturing is been substituted with updated scores.
