The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India vide notification dated 19th January, 2022 has directed that Food Business Operators shall comply with all the provisions of Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Sixth Amendment Regulations, 2021 except fatty acid composition of ghee, by 1st July, 2022.
