The Bombay Stock Exchange vide its circular dated 14th April 2020 has, taking into consideration the current situation amid COVID-19, informed listed companies about extension of prescribed timelines issued by SEBI due to COVID 19. The Extended date for submission of share capital audit report by the companies for the quarter ended 31st March 2020 will be 31st May 2020.
Therefore all listed entities are requested to take note of the same and comply accordingly.
